Are you experienced in defining technical training content and would you like to become a Technical Training Content Developer at a dynamic, international and listed company? This position will be a project for at least 18 months, with an option to extend. You can work from your home or own location.
Our client is a worldwide leading supplier of technological systems. You will design, develope and maintain technical training content. In addition, you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of course content, providing content oversight and support to instructors, and developing new content.

What are you going to do?
Design, develope and maintain technical training content
Present recommendations regarding course design, technology, and instruction delivery options
Collaborate with Learning Strategist and technical SMEs to identify and analyze the ongoing KSAs (knowledge, skills, and competencies) and turn technical information into effective learning content
Support Global Services including design and development of online, video, microlearning, and in-person courseware modules
Implement consistent look and feel for all training materials
Responsible for compliance with the ANSI/IACET 1-2018 standard for Continuing Education and Training
Your skills are:
At least 3 years of experience as an Instructional Designer or Curriculum Developer and curriculum activity planning
Knowledge of technical communications is an advantage
Degree in education, training & development or technical communications
Experience in developing online learning courseware
Experience with HTML5
Proficient experience in multimedia authoring tools, such as Articulate 360, Camtasia Studio, Adobe Creative Suite and Powtoon
Graphic design, animation, multimedia skills, gamification elements within self-paced learning experiences are an advantage
