Customer Care Medewerker Detachering

A Customer Care Medewerker:

• Takes care of order processing and shipping;
• Receives and processes customer orders;
• Handles incoming mail and provides follow-up;
• Takes care of incoming and outgoing invoices;
• Keeps Management and Sales Team appraised of order status, sales volume and situational development;
• Research product availability, invoices and order status;
• Maintain copy customer contracts and files;
• Receives customer phone calls and mail communication;
• Reports to Manager Customer Service.

• Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience with an overview of Customer Service activities;
• Experience in a European Shared Service Centre;
• Acknowledge in Excel, Access, Word and preferably in one of the following major integrated systems: JDE, SAP, BAAN;
• Multi lingual; Native German, and very good English.
