Functieprofiel
The Credit Controller is responsible for managing the accounts receivables position in the Benelux countries, the United Kingdom and Distributor sales areas and reports to the Credit manager EMEA.
In this position you have the following tasks and responsibilities:

Responsible for managing and collecting all accounts receivables in the areas mentioned above and ensure that overdue items are limited;

Closely work with sales teams in order to build a solid relationship with our customers and make sure all receivables are being collected and any disputes are solved promptly;

Within the existing framework determine the credit quality of new and existing customers and investigate and analyze potential risks;

Maintain the credit management master database, manage the customer rebate system, and calculate bonuses for our customers;
- Managing incoming payments in our banking system and SAP AR system and regularly reconciling the accounts with the individual customers;

Take on specific projects aimed to improve the efficiency and overall quality of our international credit management organization;

Have the potential to replace the Credit Manager EMEA in his absence.

Bijzonderheden
The ideal candidate meets at least the following requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant credit management experience, preferably in an international business to business setting;
- Education at least HEAO/Bachelor degree;
- Fluent in English and Dutch (oral and writing) and knowledge of French would be and advantage;
- SAP experience and Microsoft Office;
- Experience to work in an international environment;
- Results focus with excellent communication skills;
- Team player;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Ability to perform in an international and dynamic environment;
- Clear customer focus and a continuous drive to improve the credit management performance.
