RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION WITH CARE
No doubt you have noticed that Recruitment and Selection is one of the most difficult part of the business process. How do you get the right candidate at the right place and what do you have to pay attention to? Why do employees who work for X-EQUO, stay with the customers much longer than the national average? Because we pay a lot of attention to the ‘soft’ matters, even though we think that the word ‘soft’ is completely out of place. By getting these matters out in the open, the chemistry between the candidate and the company will start sooner. In the case of the candidate you can think of matters like hobbies, in which (working) environment one feels at home, in which way one wishes to be supervised, private matters, and what the strong and less qualities are. For the customer these are matters of workplace, the culture, organisational structure, the future close colleagues of the candidate and the future perspectives. What we think is awkward. Before people get married, they take their time to get to know each other through and through. There will be more than just a few conversations. For a business marriage between customer and candidate we do not have such a long time to get to know each other. That is why the thorough survey of X-EQUO is very important.
